Thank you for shopping with us! Your satisfaction is important to us, so if you need to exchange an item or request a refund, please follow the instructions below
All returns should be sent back to us. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and we strongly recommend using a secure, trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.
You have 14 days from the delivery of your order to return your item.
To ensure your return is covered by our returns policy and does not encounter a delay, items must be returned using the original packaging provided.
You can return using any secure means but we will not accept liability. We advise having a signed for and trackable service.
The item(s) should be returned unworn and in perfect condition, with all St THREADZ garment tags still attached. , including our St Threadz returns form which needs to be filled out accordingly with name, order no. details of exchange or if refund required payments will be refunded back to original payment details and in its original packaging.
All orders that are returned within the 14 day return window will be refunded to the original payment method.
Whilst we offer a flexible returns policy, we do monitor the number of returns and note any unusual returns activity. Unusual activity could be where items are returned which we suspect have been worn (not just tried on) or damaged, returns which have missing or incorrect items, or returning significantly more than we consider normal. This unusual activity or other breaches of our returns policy could result in us to take other appropriate action, depending on the particular circumstances, such as withholding issuing a refund or legal action.
