Thank you for shopping with ST THREADZ! If you wish to return or exchange an item, please follow our returns policy below.

Returns & Exchanges

You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return, followed by a further 14 days to send it back.

All items must be returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition and with all ST THREADZ garment tags attached. Please use the original packaging where possible.

All returns must include our completed returns form, stating your name, order number and whether you require a refund or exchange.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for arranging and covering return postage costs, except where required by law. We recommend using a secure, tracked delivery service.

ST THREADZ does not offer an online returns portal. All returns must be sent directly to our address below.

Refunds
